The Experience

What You'll Feel

Week 1

Sleep Chemistry

Melatonin precursors and calming botanicals begin preparing the nervous system for sleep. Some notice easier sleep onset within the first few days.

Week 2

Falling Asleep Faster

Sleep onset time is reducing. Most people fall asleep noticeably faster and experience fewer racing thoughts at bedtime.

Week 3

Sleep Depth

Deep sleep stages are extending. The quality of sleep — not just the quantity — is improving. Many report waking feeling genuinely rested.

Week 4

Sleep Consistency

Sleep has become more consistent night to night. Waking during the night is less frequent, and morning grogginess is substantially reduced.

Week 6

REM & Recovery

REM sleep quality and duration have improved. Cognitive function, mood, and physical recovery all benefit as sleep architecture optimises.

Week 8

New Sleep Standard

Most people report a fundamentally better sleep experience — faster onset, deeper stages, and more rested mornings than before supplementing.

Week 12+

Your Sleep Foundation

Consistent, high-quality sleep is now established and maintained. Keep supplementing — the physical and cognitive benefits of deep sleep compound.

The Formula

Why the Sleep Stack

Most sleep products use high-dose melatonin alone — overriding your body's natural production rather than supporting it. The Sleep Stack uses a lower 2mg melatonin dose alongside six botanical sleep compounds, combined with magnesium bisglycinate which amplifies GABAergic activity and directly improves sleep architecture.

Sleep calms the mind and reduces onset time; magnesium deepens the sleep you get. Together they target sleep onset, sleep depth and overnight muscle recovery in a way neither achieves alone. The combined effect is greater than any individual compound — and it builds consistently over weeks of supplementation.

The Science

Evidence-Based Formulation

Every product in the Sleep Stack is selected based on peer-reviewed clinical research — a gentle herbal sleep formula and magnesium bisglycinate working together to support natural sleep onset, sleep depth and overnight muscle recovery.

01 Valerian Root Extract for Sleep Quality and Sleep Latency A meta-analysis of 16 RCTs found that valerian root extract significantly improved subjective sleep quality, reduced sleep latency, and decreased nocturnal wakening with no significant next-day sedation. Mechanisms include partial agonism at GABA-A receptors, inhibition of GABA reuptake, and interaction with adenosine receptors. ↑ sleep quality Sleep Medicine · Meta-analysis of 16 RCTs · 2010 View study 02 Melatonin for Sleep Onset and Circadian Rhythm Regulation A meta-analysis of 19 trials confirmed that melatonin significantly reduced sleep onset latency, increased total sleep time, and improved sleep quality in individuals with circadian disorders, jet lag, and insomnia. At 0.5–5 mg, melatonin entrains the suprachiasmatic nucleus — the brain's master circadian clock. ↑ sleep quality PLOS ONE · Meta-analysis of 19 trials · 2013 View study 03 Oral Magnesium Supplementation for Insomnia: Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis A meta-analysis of three RCTs (151 older adults) found magnesium supplementation reduced time to fall asleep by ~17 minutes (95% CI −27.27 to −7.44; p=0.0006) and improved total sleep time by ~16 minutes versus placebo — offering a low-risk approach to improving sleep onset and duration. ↑ sleep quality BMC Geriatrics · Systematic Review · 2021 View study 04 Magnesium Supplementation and Subjective Anxiety and Stress Magnesium supplementation produced significant improvements in subjective anxiety and stress measures in a systematic review of RCTs, particularly in individuals with mild-to-moderate anxiety and low baseline magnesium status. The Formula

What's Inside

Valerian Extract

Sleep Herb · GABA Modulator
Valeriana officinalis (root)

Partially agonises GABA-A receptors and inhibits GABA reuptake — reducing sleep onset time without next-day sedation.

Chamomile Extract

Nervine · Cortisol Modulator
Matricaria chamomilla (flower)

Apigenin binds benzodiazepine receptors to reduce cortisol-driven nighttime arousal and calm an overactive mind.

GABA

Inhibitory Neurotransmitter
Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid

The brain's primary inhibitory signal — lowers neural excitability and promotes the calm required for sleep onset.

L-Tryptophan

Melatonin Precursor · Amino Acid
Essential Amino Acid

Converts to 5-HTP then serotonin then melatonin — the body's own natural biochemical pathway into sleep.

Lemon Balm Extract

Adaptogen · GABA Protector
Melissa officinalis (stem, leaves, flower)

Inhibits GABA transaminase to prolong GABAergic activity and reduce anxiety-driven arousal at bedtime.

Passion Flower Extract

Anxiolytic · Sleep Deepener
Passiflora incarnata (stem, leaves, flower)

Flavonoids modulate GABA-A receptors in the amygdala, reducing the anxious arousal that delays sleep onset.

Melatonin

Sleep Hormone · Circadian Signal
N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine

Signals your brain's master clock to initiate sleep at the right time.

Magnesium

Essential Mineral · Sleep Deepener
From 2,500mg Magnesium Glycinate

The most bioavailable chelated form — amplifies GABAergic activity to deepen sleep and ease overnight muscle tension.

Usage

How to Take It

01

30–60 Minutes Before Bed — Sleep

Take 2 capsules of Sleep on an empty stomach 30–60 minutes before bed. The valerian, chamomile, GABA and passionflower begin reducing neural excitability within 30–45 minutes. L-tryptophan converts to melatonin during this window — take it early enough that the conversion is complete before you intend to sleep.

02

Same Window — Magnesium

Take 3 capsules of Magnesium at the same time as Sleep, 30–60 minutes before bed. Magnesium glycinate's calming effect on GABA receptors and NMDA activity compounds with Sleep. Consistency is more important than precise timing — take both together as a single evening routine.

Swipe through the day →

Do not take Sleep with alcohol. Magnesium glycinate is gentle on the stomach and can be taken with or without food. Consistency over consecutive nights delivers the full cumulative effect.

Sleep calms the mind and magnesium glycinate deepens the sleep. Together they do something neither does as well alone. Best sleep I've had in years and this is now my non-negotiable evening routine.

The glycinate form of magnesium is the right choice — far gentler than oxide and dramatically more effective for sleep. Combined with Sleep the improvement to sleep quality has been genuinely transformative.

Racing thoughts at bedtime was always my issue. The passionflower in Sleep directly addresses that. The magnesium then deepens the sleep once I'm there. It's a complete solution.

Both products together is clearly the right approach. I tried each separately first and both helped. Together the improvement is meaningfully greater. Worth buying as the stack.

Night cramps have stopped since starting the magnesium and Sleep handles the sleep onset side perfectly. Eight weeks in and sleep, recovery, and morning energy have all dramatically improved.

Stress and sleep were both problems. The magnesium handles the physical stress tension and Sleep handles the cognitive wind-down. Together they've made the biggest difference of any supplements I've tried.

Both products 45 minutes before bed as my evening routine — sleep is consistently the best it's been in years. The synergy between the two is the whole point of the stack.

Really well-chosen combination. The herbal formula quiets the mind, the magnesium relaxes the muscles. Both mechanisms working together means I fall asleep faster and sleep much more deeply.
