At Simplr, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at support@simplrsupplements.com and we’ll make it right.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.
However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or in unusable condition (e.g. leaking, melted, or compromised), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing with our fulfillment partner and cannot be cancelled.
Subscriptions
If you have purchased a subscription, you may manage, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or subscription portal.
