Sleep & Stress Support · Magnesium Glycinate
Magnesium
Our Magnesium Glycinate is engineered to support nervous system balance, sleep quality, and muscular relaxation at a foundational level.
Designed to promote deep recovery, it helps support the transition into restorative sleep stages and overall physiological recovery during the night.
At its core is Magnesium Glycinate, a highly bioavailable form of magnesium involved in neurotransmitter regulation, nervous system signalling, and muscle relaxation, supporting the body’s natural ability to downregulate in preparation for sleep.
This is associated with improved sleep architecture, including support for deep sleep processes such as slow-wave and REM sleep, where physical and neurological recovery is most active.
Beyond sleep, magnesium plays a key role in muscle function, nerve transmission, and cellular energy production, making it an essential mineral for daily physiological performance and stress regulation.
Our Magnesium Glycinate is designed for daily use to support recovery, sleep quality, and overall nervous system function.
The Science
Evidence-Based Formulation
Every ingredient in Magnesium is based on peer-reviewed clinical research — magnesium bisglycinate at a therapeutic dose, the most bioavailable and gentle form for sleep, stress and muscle recovery.

Why our Magnesium
Most magnesium supplements use magnesium oxide — the cheapest form available, with elemental absorption rates as low as 4% in clinical comparisons, meaning the vast majority of what you swallow is excreted unchanged. It's also the form most responsible for the osmotic laxative effect that gives magnesium its reputation for GI side effects. Ours uses magnesium bisglycinate — a chelated form in which magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine, improving intestinal absorption, bypassing the osmotic mechanism responsible for GI discomfort, and leveraging glycine's own GABAergic calming activity for additional sleep and stress support.

How to Take
Take 3 capsules daily in the evening, 30–60 minutes before bed.
Evening dosing aligns with the body's natural wind-down phase when magnesium's muscle-relaxing and sleep-supporting effects are most beneficial. If preferred, split the dose — 2 capsules in the evening and 1 with dinner. Benefits for sleep quality, muscle relaxation and overnight recovery are often noticeable within the first 1–2 weeks of consistent use.

What our customers say.
I was sceptical that magnesium alone could make such a difference but the glycinate form really does work. Deeper sleep, less muscle tension, and calmer overall. Brilliant — nothing like the cheap oxide forms.
This alongside Sleep I on bad nights is an incredible combination. But even on its own the magnesium has made a huge difference to my recovery and how rested I feel. Take it every single night now.
The difference in sleep quality since switching to magnesium glycinate is remarkable. I fall asleep faster, stay asleep and wake up genuinely rested. The glycinate form is so much gentler than magnesium oxide.
My muscle cramps at night have basically stopped since starting this. The relaxation effect is real and noticeable — I fall asleep more easily and sleep much more deeply.
I've tried magnesium oxide and citrate before but glycinate is in a different league. No digestive discomfort and the sleep improvement is dramatically better. Don't take any other form.
Stress and sleep were both a problem for me. This has helped significantly with both. Something about the calming effect in the evening just works — it's become my favourite supplement.
400mg elemental magnesium at the therapeutic dose in the proper glycinate form. This is what magnesium supplementation should look like. Simple, clean and highly effective.
I train hard and the muscle recovery benefits alongside the sleep improvement have been really significant. Sleep is deeper, I'm less sore the next day. A daily staple now.
Anxious days feel more manageable and evenings are calmer since starting this. The nervous system calming effect of magnesium is real. Really happy I found this formula.
