The Experience

What You'll Feel

Days 1–3

First Absorption

silymarin, cynarin, and curcumin begin accumulating in hepatic tissue. No dramatic change yet — the formula is building the biochemical foundation that the later stages depend on.

Days 4–7

Bile Flow Picks Up

Artichoke and Dandelion begin stimulating bile production and flow. Digestion after fatty meals starts to improve — less heaviness, better fat breakdown, and the beginning of more efficient toxin excretion through the biliary pathway.

Weeks 2–3

Detox Activates

L-Cysteine has begun replenishing the glutathione pool. Phase II detoxification — the conjugation of toxins for safe excretion — is running at higher capacity. The liver is processing more efficiently at a cellular level.

Week 3

Inflammation Drops

curcumin's inhibition of NF-kB and COX-2 in hepatic tissue is established. Liver enzyme levels (ALT/AST) begin to normalise. The inflammatory burden on the liver is measurably reduced.

Weeks 4–5

Energy Lifts

improved liver function means better nutrient processing, more efficient toxin clearance, and less metabolic drag. Energy levels lift — not from stimulants, but from a liver that is working the way it should.

Weeks 6–8

Full Protection

comprehensive hepatoprotective coverage is established. Silymarin is actively protecting hepatocytes from new damage while Beet Root and Ginger support the gut-liver axis. All eight compounds are operating simultaneously.

Month 3+

Your New Baseline

liver enzyme levels maintained, glutathione pool consistently replenished, bile flow optimised, and inflammatory load reduced. Consistent daily supplementation is what maintains the gains — the liver responds best to sustained, not periodic, support.

The Formula

Why Our Liver

Most liver supplements are built around Milk Thistle alone — but the liver's detoxification process has multiple stages. Phase I oxidises toxins; Phase II conjugates them for excretion; bile transports them out. A formula that only supports one stage leaves the others without support.

Eight ingredients, each targeting a specific stage: Milk Thistle for hepatocyte protection, Artichoke for bile production and Phase II support, Dandelion for bile flow and diuresis, Turmeric for anti-inflammatory protection, Beet Root for antioxidant support, Ginger for the gut-liver axis, L-Cysteine as a glutathione precursor, and Alfalfa for alkalising mineral support. One formula, the complete detoxification pathway.

The Science

Evidence-Based Formulation

Every ingredient in this formula has peer-reviewed clinical evidence behind it — from Milk Thistle's decades of hepatoprotective research to Artichoke's proven effect on bile production and L-Cysteine's role in glutathione synthesis.

01 Milk Thistle silymarin reduces ALT and AST liver enzymes and protects hepatocytes from damage Multiple RCTs and a Cochrane review confirm Milk Thistle silymarin significantly reduces elevated ALT and AST liver enzymes across a range of liver conditions. Silymarin stabilises hepatocyte membranes, inhibits toxin uptake, and stimulates liver cell regeneration — making it the most clinically validated hepatoprotective compound available. ↓ ALT & AST PubMed · Cureus · 2023 View study 02 Artichoke extract stimulates bile production and supports Phase II liver detoxification Clinical trials confirm artichoke extract (cynarin) increases bile production and flow by up to 40% versus placebo. Bile is the primary vehicle through which the liver excretes conjugated toxins — making bile production a critical and often overlooked factor in comprehensive liver support. ↑ bile flow PubMed · Phytomedicine · 1994 View study 03 Turmeric curcumin reduces hepatic inflammation and oxidative stress markers Curcumin inhibits NF-kB and COX-2 inflammatory pathways in hepatic tissue, with clinical trials showing significant reductions in liver inflammatory markers and ALT/AST levels. Its antioxidant capacity also reduces lipid peroxidation in hepatocyte membranes — one of the key drivers of progressive liver damage. ↓ liver enzymes PubMed · Integrative Medicine Research · 2019 View study 04 N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) as Cysteine Donor for Hepatic Glutathione Replenishment N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) — derived from L-cysteine — replenishes intracellular glutathione by providing cysteine, the rate-limiting precursor to glutathione synthesis. Research confirms NAC effectively restores hepatic glutathione levels, improving the liver's capacity to neutralise alcohol metabolites, reactive oxygen species, and environmental toxins. ↑ glutathione PubMed · Toxicology Letters · 2013 View study 05 Dandelion root and leaf improve bile flow and support liver detoxification Dandelion is a clinically recognised choleretic and cholagogue — it both stimulates bile production in the liver and promotes its release from the gallbladder. Combined with its mild diuretic effect, dandelion supports the biliary pathway of toxin excretion that Artichoke initiates. ↑ bile flow PubMed · Pharmaceuticals · 2025 View study 06 Beet Root reduces hepatic oxidative stress and supports liver antioxidant capacity Beet Root betaine reduces homocysteine-driven oxidative stress in the liver and protects against hepatic lipid accumulation. Its betalain pigments provide direct antioxidant activity in liver tissue, complementing L-Cysteine's glutathione support with a second independent antioxidant pathway. ↓ liver oxidative stress PubMed · Nutrition · 2007 View study

Usage

How to Take It

01

2 Capsules Daily

Take 2 capsules once daily. Turmeric curcumin absorbs significantly better with food containing fat — taking with a meal maximises its bioavailability.

02

With Food

Taking with a meal also supports the bile-stimulating action of Artichoke and Dandelion, which work alongside the digestive process.

03

Allow 3–4 Weeks

Liver support compounds work through accumulation and sustained hepatic activity. Allow 3–4 weeks before assessing results — the changes are gradual and cumulative.

My liver enzymes had been slightly elevated for a couple of years. After three months on this my doctor noticed they'd come back into range. Nothing else changed. I'm sticking with it.

Digestion after meals has improved noticeably — less heaviness and bloating after eating. I assume it's the bile production side of things. Whatever it is, it works.

Energy levels are better and I feel less foggy in the afternoons. I wasn't expecting that from a liver supplement but apparently a well-functioning liver makes a real difference to how you feel day to day.

Took about a month before I noticed anything but the digestion improvement is real. Good formula — the ingredient list is comprehensive in a way most liver products aren't.

I drink moderately and wanted liver support as a sensible precaution. This formula made sense to me — L-Cysteine for glutathione, Milk Thistle for hepatocyte protection, Artichoke for bile. It's genuinely well thought out.

Skin is clearer and the mid-afternoon energy dip has mostly gone. Both are things I associate with better liver function. Three months in and this is staying in my routine.

I've tried several liver supplements and this is the only one that's had a noticeable effect on how I feel. The comprehensive formula versus single-ingredient approach makes a real difference.

Subscription makes sense for this one. Month two is noticeably better than month one and I imagine three will be better again. The cumulative effect is real.
